Charmful Cases currently ships within the UK only.

Delivery time
Orders are usually delivered within 5–14 working days. Many of our cases are prepared according to your chosen phone model, colour and design, so please allow time for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

You’ll receive an update once your order is on its way.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Free UK delivery
Orders of £35 or more qualify for free UK delivery.

Delivery delays
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by busy periods, launches, courier delays or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect delivery addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at shopcharmfulcases@gmail.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the address.

Missing or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.
